arienettelyn's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- uhm...war...sucks we're at war. but i guess everyone knew that already, huh? i was yelled at by both my mother and my father. my father says the anti-war shit has to stop. we need to support our troops. i support our troops. 100%. the guy i don't support is george bush. that's all. my mom told me some american helicopter crashed and there were no survivors found. like she was SHOCKED about it. so i smirked at her and said that's what happens in a war. so now she thinks i hate the american troops. which is very frustrating, because i DON'T! but how can you not know people are gonna die? it's a fucking war! however, it's not my war so i don't think it should have any effect on american idol. :) a lot of people are saying it's george bush's war, not america's war. which isn't really true. 71% of americans agree with him. of course, i think they agree with him because they're scared of terrorist attacks (which are MORE likely since we're at war now) and he has made us think that we are in imminent danger. but i should shut up now, since we're at war and since most americans are happy that we're at war and i'm in the minority as usual. i'm going to see sigur ros tonight. with my dad. with all this war shit going on, i really have no desire to go. at all. i just hope they don't talk about the war. i know they're anti-war...but i just don't wanna hear any of it. not now. i have to give one of my brother's friends a ride. have a nice day, everyone... 12:03 p.m. - 2003-03-21 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
