stuff about...ozzfest...i forget what else?

so this is what geoff looked like at that field day thing, a few days after his lil death thing here in poughkeepsie:

alright, i suppose. hey, i never said he was an attractive guy...

the new brand new cd is...odd. sounds like a completely different band. weird.

i'm going to some radio station festival in hartford on the 4th of july. boy sets fire, third eye blind, staind, evanescence, autopilot off, hoobastank, hot hot heat, the exies, smile empty soul, eve 6, gob, diffuser, fiction plane, trapt, and some other crap.

i'm only interested in bsf, 3eb, hot hot heat...maybe the exies and hoobastank. staind is headlining. we'll probably be escaping before they start.

it may be a nice way to spend the 4th of july...listening to bsf...haha...

i'm looking at the ozzfest lineup...it pretty much sucks! disturbed, korn, chevelle, marilyn manson. blah. the only one remotely interesting is marilyn manson, and he's only interesting because he does stupid shit to get attention. so maybe he's the least interesting...

then of course there's ozzy...who's interesting...i suppose...but...i wonder how much the ozzfest tickets are?

i just checked, for seats it's 82.75, for the lawn it's 47.25. wow. that's funny...i just paid 10 bucks for the lawn seats i got. and wait till they add their convenience fees onto that shit!

so the crowd will be a bunch of 15 year old wannabe goth kids or "hard rockers" all dressed in black who think they're just sooooo cool because their mommies let them go ot ozzfest, and ozzfest is full of good, REAL music, not disgusting pop music or even worse, pop punk music that lacks "originality" (meaning...it isn't loud and angry music by extremely depressed scary guys with long greasy hair)

i don't know what it is i have against ozzfest, really...besides the stuff i just mentioned...i'm not even talking about the music...i don't give a shit about the music...i own marilyn manson, korn, and chevelle cds. i got rid of a bunch of cds recently, and those didn't go. meaning, i LIKE them. a little bit at least. it's just...the people that listen to them maybe? not all...just some. i guess i dislike anyone who listens to this one type of music and they think that it's so original and different than the mainstream. everyone thinks they're different, when they're not. the fact that you like a band does not make you any more or less of a person.

sorry for the ramble....i think i'm still half asleep...i'm gonna go eat some lunch. bye bye!
