arienettelyn's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- come on, you knew this was coming i don't really want to write, it feels like a chore for some reason tonight. but i'm taking a study break, so here we go! the new thursday cd...is awesome. well worth your $9.99. i highly suggest you go buy it. i really love it, and i honestly wasn't expecting to, despite all my excitement. i thought it was going to be a softer kinda dealie, but it wasn't. it's just as kick-ass as full collapse, but also completely different. finally, a thursday album where i can truly say that the screaming is always cool and never unncessary! it's very exciting! geoff's voice has gotten better. and...by that i don't mean he sounds like a good singer now, but at least now it doesn't always sound like his voice is about to crack. the guitar stuff is kinda crazy too, if you actually listen to it. ohh man. sorry to bore everyone who has no idea what i'm talking about. you should go listen to thursday, and then you would! uhh...let's see...the best songs are between rupture and rapture, marches and maneuvers, tomorrow i'll be you...and fuck if war all the time isn't growing on me...it's all good. unfortunately, signals over the air is one of the worst songs on there. not that it's bad. even the worst thursday songs fucking rock. this song brought to you by a falling bomb is really eerie...it creeps me out. it's just geoff and a piano. i thought it couldn't possibly work, but it did. i think it's about depression. but who the fuck knows, right? i'll stop that now... so i'm going to see "taking back sunday" tomorrow, and i'm not looking forward to it. adam is a shitty live singer, and their new second singer just yells his stupid lil head off, ruining all of john's wicked parts. so yeah. booo on them. but maybe i'll have fun, who knows? i'm gonnna continue studying and stop boring you with my crap now, have a nice evening and buy the thursday cd!
